The Petrapedia project began on January 2, 2014 as a free encyclopedic reference dedicated to the legendary Christian rock band Petra. Originally named Petra Wiki, it is inspired by the brother site/wiki Wiki 24. In October 2016, it was decided to change the name to avoid conflict with other social-media website also dedicated to the band.
The site is meant to be a collaborative effort to document all known facts about the band, its members and music. Anyone can contribute to any article on the site merely by clicking on the Edit this page tab at the top of each page.
Petrapedia aspires to be the most up-to-date and reliable source of information about Petra. However, it is in no way related to or endorsed by the band, its past or present members, its management, or any of its current or former record labels.
